JOB DESCRIPTION:
-To support the product team and drive the performance of the company
-To liaise with suppliers to ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of all services and accurate information
-To ensure appropriate product standards are maintained to minimise on ground issues and maximise customer satisfaction
-Undertake and report on competitor analysis on product and pricing
-To author and maintain content for respective websites and brochures ensuring that the content is accurate and delivered within the agreed production timelines
-To continuously have the product out to the market in order to have a competitive edge in the travel industry
-Make sure products are loaded and available with all the correct information

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous product experience in travel is preferred, however STRONG travel consultants will be considered.
- Travel & strong knowledge of Europe & Scandinavia
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Have strong geographic knowledge: your fingers on the pulse with the current travel market
- Fantastic phone manner and personal presentation
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Vibrant personality (an ability to build rapport quickly)
