Job Description:

As a Travel Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our clients growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships within the broader travel network. Your strategic sales acumen and relationship-building skills will be essential in driving the brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new partnerships within the travel industry.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive mutual value and growth.
• Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and build relationships.
• Provide regular reports on partnership performance and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sales and partnership management within the travel industry.
• Strong network within the travel sector with a track record of successful partnership development.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Strong analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities and performance.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
• Willingness to travel as required.
