An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Travel Designer to join a growing luxury travel company. This role involves curating tailor-made itineraries for trade and direct clients, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create, cost, and quote customized travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.
* Collaborate with team members to book, confirm, and finalize travel arrangements and documentation.
* Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to post-travel follow-up.
* Build and maintain relationships with global clients and premium suppliers.
* Stay informed on the latest products and experiences through research, supplier training, and industry events.
* Represent the company at travel industry functions and events as needed.
* Share responsibility for after-hours support to assist clients during their travels.

About You:
* Proven experience in travel design, preferably within the luxury or inbound travel market.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
