LUXURY TARVEL CONSULTANT

Are you passionate about Luxury Travel and Cruising? We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Luxury -Leisure Travel Consultant

THE ROLE:

Dealing face to face with well-travelled clientele. Where you will be using your experience and skills to make their holiday a trip of a lifetime. You will be working with likeminded passionate consultants, where you will find yourself dealing with a wide variety of enquiries to many unusual destinations and experiences from discerning travellers and high-end clients.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Use your previous travel agency experience to book & manage domestic, international and cruise holiday packages for your clients.
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact to trip completion
• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Use of GDS required: Sabre, Amadeus and or Galileo plus Tramada
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients using your extensive travel experience and knowledge
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter, organised
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities

EXPEREIENCED REQUIRED:

• Previous experience working in a travel agency is essential.
• GDS experience required: Sabre, Amadeus and or Galileo plus Tramada
• Well-travelled, with a passion for worldwide destinations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to build and grow strong relationships with clients.
• A proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Professional and well-presented.
• A dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  

THE PACKAGE:

Salary $60K - $70K + Bonus + Super

Mon- Fri No weekends
