A high-end travel company is on the lookout for an experienced Travel Designer to join their growing team. You'll be the architect behind beautifully curated itineraries - working with both direct and trade clients to create seamless, personalised travel experiences across Australia and beyond.

✨ What You'll Do:

• Design and cost bespoke itineraries tailored to each client's vision, budget, and preferences
• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements from initial brief to final documents
• Deliver outstanding service and maintain communication before, during, and after travel
• Build strong relationships with premium suppliers and global clients
• Stay on top of new products and experiences through regular training, research, and industry events
• Represent the brand at trade functions and events
• Participate in shared after-hours support (minimal and rostered)

• Proven experience in luxury or inbound travel planning
• Confidence in building complex itineraries and handling VIP clients
• Top-tier attention to detail and organisational skills
