An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Leisure Tourism Sales & Operations professional to take on a leadership role in Kuala Lumpur. This position is ideal for a sales-driven leader with a strong background in group travel, sales management, and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and managing operations within the European travel sector. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to motivate a team, and a hands-on approach to optimizing sales processes and enhancing client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Lead and manage sales and operations for European group travel

✅ Oversee the sales pipeline, drive new business development, and optimize sales strategies

✅ Implement sales forecasts, strategic planning, and budgeting to maximize growth

✅ Monitor market trends and travel agent drivers, providing insights and strategies for expansion

✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and internal teams

✅ Ensure seamless sales process execution, guiding the team for smooth operations

✅ Conduct market research, reporting, and business planning to support business objectives

✅ Participate in periodic business trips within your area of responsibility to strengthen partnerships

✅ Drive team motivation, performance tracking, and reporting

What We're Looking For:

🔹 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Operations within the travel industry

🔹 Strong knowledge of European destinations and group travel products

🔹 Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Tourism

🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams

🔹 Ability to strategically plan, forecast, and implement sales initiatives

🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
