What you'll be doing

• Assisting corporate travellers with domestic and international bookings
• Learning how to create complex business travel itineraries
• Building relationships with a portfolio of business clients
• Managing changes, amendments and travel disruptions
• Delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry through to travel completion

What we're looking for

• A genuine passion for travel and customer service
• A Travel & Tourism qualification or approximately 6-12 months' experience within the travel industry
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn and develop a long-term career
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
