Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of Tour Coordinators, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality group tours
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and maintaining high service standards
• Coordinate coach logistics, working closely with transport operators, drivers, and tour guides
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that arise during tour execution
• Manage tour budgets, identify efficiencies, and maintain profitability without sacrificing quality
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to meet annual targets and strategic goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in tour operations or travel management (inbound preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Solid knowledge of the Australian tourism market and suppliers
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
• Familiarity with Tourplan is advantageous
• German language skills are a bonus
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the business
