JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Assisting clients with their travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, cruise & tours)
*Tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Consistently provide superior customer service to clients, whether it be face to face, via email or on the phone
*Become an integral part of the team, contributing to the profitability of the store
*Provide superior customer service, leading to the contribution of profitability of the store
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*MIN 12 months experience
*Knowledge of the Travel Industry
*Experience providing superior customer service levels, phone, email
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus etc)
*Strong airfare/product knowledge (particularly Europe and North America)
*A positive attitude and passion for Travel
THE PACKAGE:
$40-50k + Super
Great working hours - predominately MONDAY to FRIDAY
