Inbound Travel Consultant - Groups
$70K - $90K + Super | Full Time | Hybrid

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Groups Consultant to join a growing Inbound DMC. This role involves managing tailor-made group itineraries from quoting, booking and managing all ground handling services for international clients across a variety of international markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with itinerary design and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver custom inbound group itineraries, managing the complete booking lifecycle
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to post-travel follow-up.
• Coordinate transport, touring, guides and provide tour leaders with detailed itinerary notes
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients and suppliers
• Ensure accuracy, quality control and exceptional service standards at all times
• Stay informed on the latest products and experiences through research, supplier training, and industry events.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Inbound and Groups Travel
• Excellent sales, negotiation and client management skills
• Strong Australian destination knowledge (essential)
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident, creative, proactive and solutions-focused
• Fluency in additional languages is required
