JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Ideally 2 years experience offering excellent customer service
* Excellent general knowledge of Australia and New Zealand Region
* Personal travel experience of the regions
* Competitive Salary + Super + Bonuses on offer


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Fluent in Italian and English (French would be advantageous)
* Strong team player and willing to learn
* Confident, creative, thorough and a tenacious attitude
* Past customer service experience required
