We're seeking a commercially focused Head of Cruise Product and Commercial to lead the growth of our expanding Cruise division. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of cruise travel by driving strategic partnerships, creating standout deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this pivotal role, you'll drive revenue growth, boost profitability, and expand market share in the cruise sector working with internal teams and suppliers to deliver compelling products, execute go-to-market strategies, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will own the product, revenue, margin, and growth targets for the Cruise vertical, using data and insights to shape strategy and maximise profitability.
  • You will develop and implement new products, sales, pricing, and promotional strategies that drive conversion, with a strong focus on high-performing campaigns.
  • You will cultivate strong relationships with cruise line partners to secure exclusive offers and support joint marketing initiatives.
  • You will work cross-functionally with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless and engaging end-to-end cruise journey.
  • You will stay across market trends, report on performance to senior leadership, and continuously seek out operational and strategic improvements.

What You Bring:

  • You have a clear and practical approach to developing cruise sales strategies, with experience identifying high-potential markets, regions, and customer segments, and a strong ability to drive a proactive deal-making pipeline that delivers impactful commercial outcomes.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the cruise industry and supplier landscape, along with the ability to build trusted partnerships with both cruise lines and internal teams.
  • You have a strategic mindset with a strong track record of commercial delivery, analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights, and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to drive efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for building high-performance cultures, a proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire your direct report(s) and cross functional teams toward commercial success
