This role is centred on group travel coordination for incentive programs and corporate events. You will manage all travel logistics for groups travelling domestically and internationally, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, registration systems, and travel related financial management. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and travellers to ensure a seamless group travel experience from planning through to return.

Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days remote
Salary: $70k - $80k + Super

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large scale group travel arrangements for incentive programs and corporate events
• Coordinate group flight bookings, including airline negotiations and fare management
• Oversee accommodation, transfers, and full travel logistics for travelling groups
• Manage participant registration, data, and reporting via event platforms (EventsAir preferred but not essential)
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa requirements, and industry regulations using Sabre
• Create detailed group itineraries and support event travel app updates
• Track budgets, invoices, and support financial reporting and reconciliation
• Provide high-level customer support to travellers throughout the journey, including issue resolution
• Support live travel operations, including occasional after-hours assistance during disruptions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in group travel coordination, travel consulting, or event travel management
• Strong experience with Sabre or similar booking systems
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-passenger itineraries and logistics
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and timeline management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident handling budgeting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
