We're on the hunt for a Tour Operations Consultant to join a leading Australian travel company based in the heart of Sydney CBD. If you're a natural organiser who loves ticking every box, working with suppliers around the world and making sure every journey runs like clockwork, this is your chance to shine.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the driving force behind a portfolio of tours, ensuring every detail is organised before, during and after departure.

Your day-to-day will include:

• ✈️ Coordinating all tour logistics from handover through to completion
• 🏨 Confirming bookings with hotels, airlines, transport companies, local guides and other travel partners
• 📋 Managing payments, booking deadlines and supplier confirmations
• 📄 Creating travel documents, itineraries and tour leader packs
• 🤝 Working closely with suppliers, tour leaders and internal teams to deliver exceptional travel experiences
• 📞 Providing operational support while tours are in progress and helping resolve any issues that arise
• ✅ Completing post-tour reconciliations, reporting and wrap-up tasks
• 📌 Keeping tour files accurate, organised and departure-ready

💼 What We're Looking For

You're someone who loves organisation, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys making complex travel plans come together seamlessly.

Ideally you'll have:

• Previous experience in tour operations (inbound or outbound)
• At least 2 years' experience within travel, tour operations or events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and time management
• The ability to juggle multiple tours and competing deadlines with ease
• Confidence building relationships with suppliers, clients and tour leaders
• A proactive, positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding travel experiences
