The role is suited to someone with years of experience in group or FIT travel, ideally with some leadership exposure. It's also a great opportunity for a seasoned consultant who's ready to step up into managing a team while still being hands-on in designing and operating programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor and support a team of group consultants

• Oversee the design, quoting and operation of tailor-made group programs

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deadlines and client communication

• Contribute to process improvements and drive sales conversion

• Remain hands-on with product design and complex itinerary creation

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in travel (Groups or FIT)

• Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded

• Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail

• Experience with industry systems
