A well-established brand in the travel industry is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead a team of high-performing consultants. About the Role

In this hands-on leadership position, you'll be responsible for guiding and supporting a sales team to meet and exceed performance targets, while ensuring outstanding service delivery. You'll also collaborate with leadership on strategic objectives and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets
• Drive a customer-focused culture that prioritises service excellence and quality sales outcomes
• Support individual team members through training, development, and regular performance feedback
• Monitor key metrics and use data to enhance team results
• Assist with strategic planning and help manage team costs within budget
• Ensure a positive team environment and continuous improvement across all areas

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in the travel industry (essential)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team
• A track record of exceeding sales goals and KPIs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on high service standards
