The Role

Working closely with an experienced groups team, you'll be involved in designing bespoke group itineraries, liaising with suppliers, and managing all aspects of file administration, accounting, and documentation. You'll be given ownership of your own portfolio, along with business development tools to help expand your client base and progress within the team.

The role also provides the opportunity to plan school group travel to destinations across the globe and develop customised itineraries outside the ski market, giving you scope to think creatively and diversify your travel planning skills. A strong operational mindset and exceptional attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive approach to sales and confidence in engaging clients. Active lead generation and follow-up will be key to growing your business.

From day one, you'll be supported with training and guidance, allowing you to build the skills required for long-term success in group travel. As the role evolves throughout the year, you'll gain exposure to all facets of the position as priorities shift seasonally.
