General Manager - Travel & Tourism

A rare and exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced General Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation within the travel and tourism sector.

This is a dynamic leadership position where you will take ownership of key business units and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the organisation. In this role, you will drive performance, growth, and operational excellence across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive commercial performance across multiple divisions, with full P&L accountability
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support business growth, market expansion, and service delivery
• Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across products, partnerships, and markets
• Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and profitability across the business
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across local and offshore functions
• Partner closely with senior leadership to influence business strategy and long-term vision

Skills & Experience:

• Proven senior leadership experience within the travel & tourism industry
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership
• Experience managing remote, international, and offshore teams
• A track record of driving business growth, operational improvement, and team performance
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
