JOB DESCRIPTION


* Standalone chief accountant, with knowledge of travel industry and experience in payables accounting and Australian GST and statutory requirements.
* Oversee overall budgets
* Manage deposits issued to customers and ensure that funds are available prior to payment to suppliers
* Manage delegate invoicing throughout registration of program
* Reconcile program upon completion, review with account manager and issue final invoice.
* Report on program profitability
* Prepare necessary reports for customers such as FBT spreadsheets, using a
* Prepare manual to document all processes associated with responsibilities
* Drive all tasks to completion
* Research and apply best practice for your responsibilities
* Support the Sales and the Operations Team as Required
* Share expertise with operational team as required

THE PACKAGE:

A competitive salary of $70k - $85k is on offer + super
