Fares & Ticketing Travel Consultant, Melbourne

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prior to ticketing, ensure all elements of the booking are correct to include names, booking class, duration.

• Ticketing using a CRS within the specified airline deadline

• Accurately building fares using the correct relevant airline contract, and negotiated fares.

• To support and assist on ticketing related queries

• Monitor and action queues daily as and when required including schedule change, cancellation and airline notification.

• Organising BSP refunds, ticket reissue, and revalidation.
  
  

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:

• GDS trained Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
• Experience in issuing airing tickets
• Experience in processing refund submissions (GDS and BSP)
• Ability to interpret airline rules

THE PACKAGE:

• $55-60k
• Full time permanent role
