The Role

As the dedicated Fares & Ticketing Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing complex domestic and international airfare ticketing across a busy corporate and premium leisure environment.

Your day will include:

• Expert airfare construction and fare pricing
• Domestic and international ticketing
• Complex reissues, exchanges, refunds and recalculations
• Managing high-value, high-yield passenger bookings
• Fare rule interpretation and troubleshooting
• Supporting consultants with complex airfare enquiries
• Ensuring ticketing accuracy and compliance
• Working across multiple GDS platforms
• Delivering fast turnaround times in a high-volume environment

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes fares and ticketing.

Ideally you'll have:

• 5-10+ years' experience in a fares & ticketing role
• Advanced airfare construction knowledge
• Extensive ticketing experience across domestic and international travel
• Strong experience using multiple GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo and/or Travelport)
• Confidence handling complex exchanges, refunds and ticket reissues
• Excellent understanding of fare rules, yield and airline policies
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy
• A proactive attitude and genuine passion for airfare ticketing
