An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Travel Consultant to join a rapidly growing travel business. Combining industry expertise with innovative technology, this is a unique opportunity to specialise in sourcing and booking for a diverse client base. Ideal for a self-motivated travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys solving complex airfares.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, quote and book complex flight itineraries using advanced Global Distribution System expertise (GDS).
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation.
• Deliver tailored travel solutions for both leisure and corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all reservations meet client requirements.
• Build strong client relationships while staying up to date with the latest travel industry products, supplier updates and destination knowledge.
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Travel Consultant within the leisure or corporate travel sector.
• Advanced airfare construction and problem-solving skills, with confidence managing complex itineraries using a GDS.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings, deadlines and client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven and evolving business.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work autonomously and adopt new technology and digital platforms.
