Job Description:

• Provide exceptional service to valued clients.
• Service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing to the highest standards
• Formulate complex itineraries to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and specific requirements are met
• Accurately handle all travel requirements including but not limited to air, hotel, ground transportation, meet & assist & private charters
• Keep up to date with industry trends and travel regulations
• Work autonomously while being part of a team.

Experience Required:

• Corporate or VIP Travel experience is a must
• Ability to handle complex itineraries and VIP clientele
• Strong GDS Experience is required! (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
• Excellent airfare and ticketing knowledge
• A customer service oriented approach
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude

Package:

• Excellent salary $70-85K DOE + super
