Rare opportunity for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to come on board & join the marketing team of this unique international Cruiseline
The cruise industry is once again booming and this rare opportunity will not last, Interviewing now for immediate start.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of the marketing plan via digital levers in alignment with market targets, brand guidelines and budget limitations.
- Manage digital marketing suppliers including briefing, targets and objectives, monthly reviews, brand guidelines, budget, retainer, and contractual obligations.
- Manage digital marketing budget for Australasia in conjunction with Marketing Director and ensure optimised spend and ROI targets are maintained.
- Manage and develop digital marketing strategy including:
o Acquisition strategy:
▪ SEA activity: maintain existing key campaigns and increase volumes and conversions; develop new campaigns and keyword targeting strategies based on market opportunities
▪ Social media targeted advertising: maintain existing key campaigns and increase volumes and conversions withing budget; develop new opportunities based on targets and needs
▪ Monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis
o Email communications:
▪ Oversee weekly edm schedule for B2C and B2B database for ANZ markets according to market's needs and targets
▪ Supervise Marketing Coordinator with creation and design of edms
▪ Develop and create ad hoc campaigns/targeted email communications when needed
▪ Weekly reports
o Social Media:
▪ Manage local social media strategy for Australia and New Zealand
▪ Supervise Marketing Coordinator with execution of social media strategy, including content plan, scheduling and community management
▪ Ensure maximised engagement and visibility of content, including sponsoring/boosting of posts
▪ Work in conjunction with HQ plan and local needs to ensure rich and varied content is being used on the page
▪ Oversee Facebook Group with Marketing Coordinator
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape, including web applications, site merchandising, SEO, social media, digital performance and email marketing, CRM and relevant reporting
- Experience in P&L management and driving profitable, sustainable growth for an eCommerce business
- Strong Project Management skills, delivering projects from concept to completion
- Strong experience in digital technology platforms: Content Management Systems, Commerce Platforms, CRM.
- Passion for demonstrating results to increase web traffic, AOV and conversion
- Expert knowledge of data and insights-driven marketing with excellent user knowledge of Google Analytics
- Proactive, self-motivated with a results driven focus
- Strong ability to work both independently and within teams
THE PACKAGE:
$88,000 - $95,000 + Super + Free Cruise valued at minimum $15,000
