JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide exceptional service to Corporate clients
• Book travel requests for busy corporate clients to domestic and international destinations
• Build lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Utilize GDS to process reservations
• Handle telephone and email inquiries
• Work in a Team environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Have experience working in corporate or retail travel
• GDS Experience required (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
• Possess good airfare and ticketing knowledge
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail

PACKAGE:

• Competitive Salary $65 - $80K DOE + Super
• Full Time Permanent Role
