We are looking for a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description:

As a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for our corporate clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, rental hire, and other travel-related services. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on the best travel options available. You will also be responsible for managing travel budgets and ensuring that all bookings are made within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
• Provide expert advice on the best travel options available.
• Manage travel budgets and ensure that all bookings are made within budgetary constraints.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and other relevant information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise during travel bookings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

The Package

• 70 - 80k Plus Super
• Monday to Friday only, no weekends
• Transaction incentive scheme (earn up to an additional 3k on average)
• Work from home flexibility after training
