JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Dealing with busy corporate clients travel requests
• Booking Domestic & International flights, hotels, car hire and any special requests
• Working on GDS to make reservations
• Dealing with telephone, online and email enquires
• Compare airfares and flight routings to provide best fare options on all itineraries in line with Travel Policies
• Building relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Work in a Team environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Travel industry experience is a MUST
• Extensive GDS knowledge - Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus
• Thorough understanding of Airfares and Self-ticketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills and Ability to multitasking.
• Excellent Customer service
• Good Knowledge of products including Flights, car hire, hotels and rail
• Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
  

PACKAGE:

• Excellent salary packages $65 - $80K DOE + Super
• Full Time Permanent Role
• Mon - Fri Hours
• Flexible work arrangement - Work from Home, Hybrid, office based.
• Ongoing training and development
