About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to do more than simply book travel. You'll become a trusted advisor to your corporate clients, building strong relationships, understanding their travel requirements, and providing proactive, personalised solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Build strong, lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Book domestic and international flights, accommodation, car hire, rail and ground transport.
• Provide expert advice on fares, ticketing, reissues, exchanges and complex itineraries.
• Ensure duty of care requirements and client travel policies are met.
• Use your GDS expertise (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar) to source the best travel solutions.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team that values knowledge sharing and celebrates success.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate travel consulting.
• Proficiency with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or a similar GDS.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international fares, ticketing, reissues and itinerary planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering outstanding service.
