Renowned for delivering exceptional service and cost-effective solutions, we are seeking dedicated individuals to ensure our clients' travel experiences are seamless, efficient, and tailored to their unique needs.

Role Overview:

As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients. Your expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and comprehensive understanding of airfares will be crucial. You will manage travel requests, make reservations, and deliver top-tier customer service. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with occasional in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with corporate clients to discern their travel needs and preferences.
• Handle travel requests promptly via phone and email.
• Provide personalized service to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Utilize GDS platforms (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus) to book flights, hotels, and car rentals.
• Recommend cost-effective travel options to optimize budgets.
• Process self-ticketing transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Provide timely updates on travel arrangements to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• Proficiency in self-ticketing is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus).
• Familiarity with online booking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

The Package:

• Competitive base salary of $65k - $80k based on experience, plus incentives.
• Full-time permanent position.
• Hybrid work environment offering flexibility and remote work options.
