Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Corporate clients.
• Book & fulfil travel requests to domestic and international destination.
• Evaluate fare options and routing alternatives to deliver the most favourable fares for all travel itineraries, aligning with the specific preferences and needs of customers.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Utilize GDS to process reservations.
• Handle telephone, email, and online inquiries
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations
• Work autonomously while being part of a team.

Required Experience:

• Corporate or Retail travel Experience is a must.
• Previous GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
• Possess good Fares and ticketing knowledge.
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
