Responsibilities include:
-Creating new bookings and make changes for Corporate/VIP clients
-Identify and analyse problems requiring an immediate response
-Work towards solutions in a proactive and timely manner
-Interpret and calculate fares and apply change fees, with a high degree of accuracy
-Work autonomously, whilst delivering outstanding customer service and achieving KPI's


Experience Required:
- 2 years in a corporate travel environment
- Competent and confident with airfare construction
- Strong GDS skills (conversion course can be offered)
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to a range of domestic and international travel products
- Ability to work in a professional environment, maintain motivation/drive
- Goal orientated, organised and strong attention to detail
- A natural sales affinity and ability to interpret customer requirements

Salary Package:
