My clients are looking for a talented Groups Corporate consultant to join their fast growing groups department booking all air travel, transfers, accommodation, car hire and ancillary requirements and managing visa and health requirements to ensure all journeys are a complete success.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Respond to all telephone requests immediately
* Respond to all email requests within one hour or within the time frame agreed
* Take care to ensure that all client requests are processed
* Ensure that all deadlines agreed with the client are met
* Reserve air travel, transfers, accommodation, car hire, and other requirements
* Ensure all group contracts, terms and conditions have been clearly explained
* Confirm all arrangements made on behalf of the client



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Minimum 2 years experience in similar groups role
* GDS/CRS - Sabre or Amadeus - Tramada
* Fares and ticketing 1 and 2
* GDS/CRS automated ticketing.
* Previous experience working with Group air
