About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, delivering seamless, high-touch service across domestic and international travel.

This is a Monday-Friday role with no weekends, ideal for consultants looking for work-life balance without sacrificing career progression.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing high-volume group corporate travel requests
• Booking flights, accommodation, car hire and complex itineraries
• Working across Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
• Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and confidence
• Managing group travel bookings (preferred but not essential)
• Providing expert airfare advice and fare construction
• Supporting clients with changes, reissues and special requests
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

About You

• Experience in corporate travel OR retail travel consulting
• Strong understanding of airfares and ticketing
• Confident using Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
• Group travel experience highly regarded
• Self-ticketing experience preferred
• Professional, polished and client-focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated and a strong team player

The Package

• $75,000 - $90,000 Package + Super
• Full-time, permanent position
• Flexible work arrangements available
• Monday-Friday hours only
