Senior Account Manager is required to work with a leading Travel Management Company in Sydney.
If you have extensive and strategic account management experience in the travel industry (ideally corporate, TMC, hospitality or airline) then this role could be what you are looking for. Your main responsibility is to manage the business relationship between the TMC and your clients while promoting account retention and growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Maintain and build strong relationships with SME and large corporate clients
* Expand business opportunities
* Maintain and grow key accounts
* Review account profitability
* Deliver analysis
* Support client needs and requirements
* Solid negotiation skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate data
* Ability to identify incremental sales opportunities
* Team player skills
* Sound knowledge of current corporate issues
* Proven negotiation and selling skills
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Previous Account Management experience including large complex clients.
* You will have a background in a similar role, comfortable in handling key accounts whilst exceeding service expectations and delivering proactive account management.
THE PACKAGE:
- $90-100k + super
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid - WFH/Office
