An exciting new role has become available for an Assistant Team Leader or Team Leader to be part of a growth period within a highly rated Travel Agency. You don't need years of management experience, you just need to be motivating, personable & able to show keen interest in developing a team.

You will be leading a team of 3-7 consultants with a view to grow. Very minimal consulting, this role is predominately pure management & leadership, focusing on mentoring, coaching & sales development. We need a proven leader to take on the most important role in the company!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- MIN 2 years experience as an assistant team leader or team leader
- GDS experience (Sabre preferred)
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good with administrative tasks & finances
- Able to provide examples of your management capabilities
- Proven experience in growing a travel agency & assist with store profit
- Well travelled portfolio
