About the Role

As a Wholesale Reservations Travel Consultant, you'll be the friendly, expert voice that our travel agent partners and direct customers rely on. With your product knowledge, exceptional service, and genuine passion for travel, you'll create tailor-made itineraries, make seamless bookings, and help our clients experience the world in style.

This is a sales-focused reservations role with great perks, fantastic team support, and the opportunity to grow your own loyal customer base-while earning uncapped commissions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create and book unforgettable holiday packages for travel agents and direct customers
• Build tailored travel itineraries to suit individual preferences, styles, and budgets
• Stay on top of the latest trends, destinations, and supplier updates
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and global tour operators to secure great deals
• Process reservations and documents with accuracy and speed
• Upsell and cross-sell additional travel products such as insurance, tours, and activities
• Hit (and exceed!) KPIs in a fun, fast-paced team environment

What You'll Bring

• A passion for travel and helping people explore the world
• Previous experience as a travel consultant (wholesale or retail)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A knack for customer service and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus or similar) is preferred
• Target-driven mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
