To be successful for this position you will have a high level of knowledge and passion for Canada as a destination, with the idea of selling this every day being the best part!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working over the phone and by email taking enquires from customers and using in house reservation systems to convert booking
- Putting together FIT itineraries to Canada & Alaska
- Offering excellent customer service and working towards sales targets
- Quoting holidays and converting these to bookings.
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience in the travel industry as a travel consultant
-A genuine passion and love for all things Italy
-Good personal travel experience internationally
-Excellent customer service and sales skills
