I'm currently searching for an experienced Wholesale or Travel Consultant that possesses a high level of customer service to fill an exciting role which has just opened with one of our Market-Leading Wholesalers. Ideally, you will have a high level of knowledge on South Pacific destinations and be passionate regarding this area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Offer exceptional service levels to all customers throughout the booking process
*Explain the differences between the different product offerings and decipher the best fit for the client
*Handle enquiries from travel agents and group travel organisers
*Assist in the pre and post-tour planning process
*Confirm reservations as required and ensure the booking process goes smoothly from start to finish, in a timely manner


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will need to have an understanding of the sales process from start to finish and will require a proven track record of excellent customer service. A background within the travel industry is highly favoured and my client is willing to accept applications from both experienced Wholesale Consultants or Travel Consultants who are looking to move into Wholesale.
