✈️ What You'll Be Doing

• VIP Travel Planning: Design and manage tailor-made itineraries for VIP clients within major corporations - making every journey seamless and unforgettable.
• Expert Travel Arrangements: Use your fare and itinerary know-how to coordinate flights, hotels, car hire, and ground transfers with precision.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP travellers, understanding their needs and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Issue Resolution: Handle any travel hiccups with confidence, ensuring smooth solutions and minimal disruptions.
• Vendor Negotiation: Work with key travel partners to secure the best rates and premium experiences for clients.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of travel trends and destination insights to deliver up-to-date, expert advice.
• Administrative Support: Manage documentation, invoicing, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Be part of a supportive, high-performing team that loves what they do!

💼 What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years experience in a travel role, ideally within Corporate or VIP Travel Management
• Strong GDS proficiency
• Strong knowledge of IATA rules, fare construction and complex itineraries
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
• A keen eye for detail, proactive mindset, and professional attitude
