Job Description:

The Systems Change Management Team will be responsible for all aspects of release management for business critical systems used by my client and their global partners.

As the Systems Change Management Assistant Team Leader, you will work with the Team Leader to ensure the quality of version testing and release management of their internal systems to ensure the delivery of system improvements that enhance the value of their business systems.

Experience Required:

*Technical skills and systems knowledge

*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Stakeholder management
*Planning and time management
*Upholds company Philosophies and culture
*2+ year(s) in an environment requiring the transfer of complex information
*Capture of information
*Dissemination of information via written communication
*Organising and chairing meetings with business representatives
*Knowledge of the Calypso travel management system
*Exposure to travel systems such that there is an understanding of the complexities of global booking systems
*Previous experience working with system development, release management, system testing and helpdesk support
