This is a specialist sales position, where you will be responsible for designing and selling Japan holiday packages. Promoting our products and services, both to direct customers and travel agents, you will also participate in general office and administration duties. Experience Required:
* Experience consulting with clients to identify individual travel/holiday requirements
* Creation of high quality tailor-made itineraries and small group tour enquiries
* Working to achieve individual and team sales targets
* Co-ordination of all aspects of the client booking/reservation
* Experience with preparation and dispatch of client documents
* Delivery of excellent customer service, exceeding client expectations at every stage
* Highly motivated, well organised individual, ability to multi task
* A passion for Japan and desire to help others discover the country
* Basic Japanese language Experience OR lived and/or worked in Japan beneficial
