💼 About the Role:
As Product Executive, you'll play a key role in end-to-end tour development - from initial concept through to launch and work closely with operations, and sales teams to ensure each journey is seamless, compelling, and financially sound.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong tour planning or travel product experience, excellent research and writing skills.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new tour concepts through research, partnerships, and market feedback
- Write compelling itineraries, day-by-day outlines, and brochure content
- Liaise with expert tour leaders to shape each program
- Secure travel arrangements including hotels, performance tickets, and guided visits
- Prepare detailed budgets and costings for internal sign-off
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to bring the product to life
- Provide handover to operations and support in refining tours if changes arise
- Monitor post-tour feedback and contribute to future improvements
✅ What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in tour operations, product development, or group travel
- A flair for writing, storytelling, and crafting engaging travel experiences
- High-level attention to detail, organisation, and budgeting skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of or interest in cultural travel, performing arts, fine arts, or special interest touring
