Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with trusted suppliers and partners to ensure seamless delivery of travel services and experiences
• Manage and approve invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Be the sales team's go-to person for booking confirmations, amendments and cancellations
• Provide expert advice on pricing and itineraries to help maximise sales and maintain premium quality standards
• Apply your product and system knowledge to optimise tour operations and drive efficiencies
• Design and roll out new internal processes tailored to the evolving needs of the business
• Keep meticulous records of transactions, communications and inventory
• Jump in to troubleshoot and resolve issues-before, during and after travel

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience as a Travel Consultant or in Travel Operations
• Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and an eye for detail
• GDS experience (Sabre preferred)
• Clear communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Naturally proactive with sharp problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team
