This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll lead growth, build impactful partnerships, and engage customers across Australia.

What you'll be doing:

🌏 Expand the national sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and partnership development
🤝 Secure, nurture, and grow commercial and community partnerships
📈 Build and convert a strong pipeline of leads through targeted outreach and presentations
🎤 Represent the brand at consumer events, partner meetings, and presentations across the country
🛫 Travel nationally to meet partners, attend events, and drive new business opportunities
📊 Track, analyse, and report on sales performance to continuously improve results
💡 Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver aligned campaigns

What we're looking for:

⭐ Proven track record in Travel sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
💬 Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
🚀 Commercially minded with experience converting leads into revenue
📅 Highly organised with strong stakeholder and event management skills
🤝 Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
✈️ Experience in travel or consumer-facing industries is a bonus
🛣️ Comfortable with regular national travel
