The Opportunity:

As the Fares & Ticketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing all aspects of air reservations, ticketing and fare management. Working closely with internal stakeholders, airline partners and customers, you'll ensure bookings are processed accurately while delivering expert advice and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue, reissue and amend airline tickets with a high level of accuracy
• Manage airfare bookings, schedule changes, cancellations and ticket exchanges
• Interpret airline fare rules, contracts and ticketing conditions
• Provide expert advice on routing options, fare classes and upgrades
• Monitor and action GDS queues and booking updates
• Liaise with airlines, suppliers and customers to resolve ticketing issues
• Support internal sales teams with airfare guidance and product knowledge
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline requirements and company procedures
• Assist with urgent travel requests and operational enquiries when required

About You:

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the travel industry
• Previous experience in fares and ticketing
• Strong GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
• Excellent knowledge of airline fares, ticketing processes and fare rules
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
