our client is a fast-growing travel group with a passion for creating incredible holiday experiences-and they're looking for a Content & Creative Leader to bring their brand vision to life. You'll lead a talented creative team, shape the identity of a portfolio of travel brands, and deliver campaigns that captivate, convert, and inspire.

If you're a creative strategist with a love for storytelling and the travel industry, this is your opportunity to lead big ideas across even bigger destinations.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop creative direction and brand positioning
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and social media specialists
• Drive content strategy across digital, social, and influencer channels
• Oversee influencer partnerships and online reputation for high-growth travel brands
• Champion brand consistency and high-impact creative execution across all platforms

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in content, brand or marketing leadership (travel or lifestyle industry experience highly regarded)
• A strong creative and strategic thinker with an eye for design and a flair for storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads & Google Analytics
• A natural leader with excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach
• Someone who gets excited about turning travel dreams into reality
