Working under supportive management team & a fully inclusive office mentality, you will within a very easy going store that focuses on customer service. Due to growth we are looking for a part time Travel Consultant to help grow the business.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will look after an existing pool of customers both walk in and over the phone. The clientbase is mostly professional through to retirees and rarely you will be dealing with people that are just coming in for only a quote without a real interest in booking a trip.

We are also looking for a consultant to tap into the clientbase and contact customers that might not have been contacted or booked in a while.

You will have full autonomy in your day to day as long as you are results driven whilst following standard company procedures.



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

You will need a min of 2.5 - 3 years experience in the travel industry as a Travel Consultant or an Assistant / Manager wanting to step down & have more work life balance

A true passion for the travel industry and all things travel

Customer focused sales experience! You must be able to "close" a sale whilst promoting customer service.

GDS trained - ideally Galileo however, open to other GDS as conversion course will be provided
