An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Travel Consultant to join a highly regarded, tour operator known for delivering enriching, meticulously curated travel experiences.

This established and respected organisation operates at the premium end of the market, creating exceptional journeys for discerning travellers

The Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting clients throughout their travel journey - from initial enquiry through to departure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
• Processing bookings, deposits and final payments
• Creating and maintaining client profiles
• Assisting with pre- and post-tour travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and insurance.
• Managing client documentation and travel requirements prior to departure
• Handling client feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Liaising with internal teams and external travel suppliers

About You:

You are a polished travel professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys building lasting relationships.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous travel consulting experience (essential)
• Advanced GDS experience
• Strong customer service experience
• Experience in a premium or high-end travel environment (highly regarded)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence handling payments and financial transactions
