We're looking for a Travel Consultant to assist international travellers in planning and booking exceptional travel experiences. You'll be the go-to person for clients from German or Spanish-speaking markets, providing tailored service and expert advice.

What You'll Do:

• Handle enquiries and bookings via phone and email from German or Spanish-speaking clients
• Create tailor-made itineraries and deliver exceptional travel advice
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless service
• Assist with reservations, amendments, and special requests
• Provide post-sales support and follow-up for a smooth customer journey

What You'll Bring:

• Fluency in German or Spanish (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in a travel consulting or reservations role
• Passion for travel and strong destination knowledge
• Knowledge of Tourplan (a bonus!)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
