This role will suit an experienced Travel Consultant wanting a good family, work life balance or having the ability to study whilst earning some extra income!


Your main focus will be to assist as a customer support for outside of the normal hours on an international basis so it doesn't necessary mean ONLY working mornings or evenings, It can incorporate shifts in the afternoon looking after a UK market for example.

However, your availability can be discussed.



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*Experience in a GDS system - open to any GDS however, Amadeus preferred
*Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
*Exceptional customer service with natural problem solving skills
*Assist / consulting experience in airline, agency or corporate
*Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
*There are no sales targets; however you will be incentivised on your customer service, call volume and accuracy.



THE PACKAGE:

Your salary package will be $65,700 FTE, with penalty rates & overtime pay when working outside of your allocated hours.

You will need to work up to 48 hours per fortnight which will consist of a minimum of at least every second weekend. You are welcome to request additional shifts as they become available should this be something you wish to do.


Free onsite car parking is provided for late night or early morning shifts and 5 weeks of Annual Leave (pro rata provided)
